A forced halt... in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown, I "suffered" my private lockdown through a car accident that almost had me losing my ability to walk and God knows what else. I was the only one involved in that accident. It was strangely paralleled by a feeling that I had been speeding in my life for a long time but did not find the break pedal. I do not want to go back to pre-accident times; instead I want to make changes although rather small than big scale, and stepped, to make a noticeable difference and move into more sustainable living.
